These Billing Terms apply when Planiflow offers you a paid subscription, a trial converting into a paid subscription, or any paid launch offer (early adopter offer).
Planiflow paid plans are intended for professional use only, including use by companies, agencies, teams, freelancers, consultants, micro-businesses, and independent professionals. Paid plans are not intended for personal, household, family, student, or other non-professional use.
By starting a paid subscription, you confirm that you subscribe for the needs of your professional activity or on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent.
Planiflow uses seat-based subscription pricing per workspace unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Public pricing shown on the website is indicative and may be updated. The price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any discount shown at checkout are the amounts that apply to the relevant purchase.
If Planiflow publishes a launch offer (early adopter offer), that offer is limited to the first 100 paid subscriptions, subject to offer availability.
An owner may qualify for the early adopter offer once. The early adopter rate remains in place while at least one qualifying paid subscription stays active without interruption on a workspace owned by that owner.
The early adopter rate is the pre-tax base subscription rate. If taxes become applicable, they may be added to that base rate.
Planiflow currently benefits from the VAT exemption for small businesses under French law. Invoices are issued without VAT and include the required legal statement.
If Planiflow becomes liable for VAT or another indirect tax, including because of the overall turnover of the individual business operating Planiflow, that tax may be added to current rates. The subscriber's pre-tax base rate is not affected by a change in Planiflow's tax status.
Taxes, including VAT, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes, may apply depending on your country, status, and the information collected at checkout.
If you buy as a business and provide a valid tax identifier, Planiflow and its billing provider may use it to determine the appropriate tax treatment. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
Each workspace owner receives a 14-day free trial for their first workspace. During the trial period, the workspace has full access to all features. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Planiflow may limit trial eligibility, including one trial per workspace owner profile and anti-abuse controls.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date or unless the plan states otherwise.
Pricing may depend on the number of active members in the relevant workspace. Seat quantity may be adjusted when active membership changes, subject to the rules applied by the billing provider.
Checkout, invoice issuance, tax collection, payment method collection, and subscription management may be handled by Stripe. Planiflow does not receive your full card details.
Invoices and billing records are made available through the relevant billing workflow or customer portal where that feature is enabled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the workspace billing settings. Upon cancellation:
Planiflow may suspend paid features, place the workspace into a restricted billing status, or terminate access if payment fails, is reversed, or remains overdue after any grace period that may apply.
In the event of late payment, penalties are due automatically, without prior notice, at an annual rate equal to the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation, plus ten (10) percentage points. The applicable rate is determined in accordance with Article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code and shall not be less than three times the French statutory interest rate in force.
In addition, a fixed recovery compensation of forty (40) euros is owed by operation of law for each late payment. Where actual recovery costs exceed this amount, Planiflow may claim additional compensation upon justification, in accordance with Article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code and Article D. 441-5 of the same code.
Planiflow paid plans are reserved for professional use. Nothing in these Billing Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Planiflow may update prices, tax handling, or billing mechanics for future periods. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before a material change affecting future renewals takes effect.
Planiflow may challenge abusive payment disputes and may suspend or terminate accounts or workspaces involved in fraud, payment abuse, or deliberate misuse of the billing system.
