These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Planiflow website and application operated by Nicolas Castagna under the Planiflow brand.
These terms apply to:
Planiflow paid plans are intended for professional use only, including use by companies, agencies, teams, freelancers, consultants, micro-businesses, and independent professionals. Paid plans are not intended for personal, household, family, student, or other non-professional use.
By starting a paid subscription, you confirm that you subscribe for the needs of your professional activity or on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent.
Planiflow is offered as an open beta: anyone may create an account, but the product is still evolving. Features may change, be added, be limited, or be removed. Sign-ups may be temporarily paused where load or security requires it.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Planiflow on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and access methods secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the issue is caused by Planiflow's own fault.
Planiflow may use authentication methods and security controls to protect account access.
Each workspace owner and admin is responsible for the configuration of that workspace, including invited members, connected integrations, and payment status where applicable. Owners and admins must only grant access to people who are authorised to use the workspace data.
You must not:
You keep your rights in the content, scheduling data, and files you submit to Planiflow. You grant Planiflow the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and technically operate that content for the service you requested.
If you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar or Outlook, you authorise Planiflow to process the related integration data strictly for the enabled feature set.
Planiflow, its software, interfaces, documentation, and branding remain the property of Planiflow and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Planiflow does not promise uninterrupted availability, fault-free operation, or a particular service level unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. During the open beta, support, uptime, and product stability may be uneven.
Planiflow may suspend or terminate access, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary, if:
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion and workspace deletion rules are also described in the Privacy Policy and in product interfaces.
Paid plans, if offered, are governed by the Billing Terms. Pricing, trial rules, taxes, renewals, invoices, and cancellations are handled there.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including data protection rights and liability rules that the law makes non-waivable.
Except as required by mandatory law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planiflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data resulting from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Planiflow's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to Planiflow for the affected paid service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you have not paid anything, unless mandatory law requires a higher standard.
Planiflow may change the service and these terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, Planiflow will publish the updated version and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory applicable laws.
Unless mandatory law says otherwise, disputes are subject to the competent French courts.
