This notice explains cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used on the Planiflow public website and the application.
Planiflow uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run the website, manage sessions, remember language preference, and manage access to the application. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below, operates without cookies.
2. Technologies currently used
Language preference (local storage and cookie): remembers the language you selected on the site so the correct version opens automatically. The cookie has a one-year duration.
Cloudflare: may set security cookies for website delivery. These are infrastructure cookies, not tracking cookies.
Cloudflare Web Analytics: Cloudflare collects aggregate, cookieless website usage metrics (page views, visits, top pages, referring sites, and country) on our behalf. This service does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting; it does not collect personal data or track individual visitors; and it does not enable cross-site tracking. It is injected at the network edge by Cloudflare, not by JavaScript in our source code. Because it stores nothing on your device and processes no personal data, it does not require consent under ePrivacy rules.
3. Application authentication cookies
When you use the Planiflow application, authentication cookies secure your session.
These cookies are required for authentication and session security. They are not used for advertising or audience measurement.
4. Why we use them
Language preference: to reopen the website in the language you selected.
Security and anti-abuse: to protect forms from bots, spam, and abuse.
Aggregate website metrics: to understand overall website traffic patterns and improve content, without identifying individual visitors.
5. Providers
Planiflow for the language preference and the application authentication cookies.
Cloudflare for website delivery, network security, and cookieless aggregate website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
6. Retention and duration
Language preference: the local storage value is kept until you clear your browser data or change language. The associated cookie expires after one year.
Cloudflare: security infrastructure cookies may be used; their duration depends on Cloudflare's configuration.
Cloudflare Web Analytics: no data is stored on your device. Aggregate metrics are retained by Cloudflare according to their data retention policy.
7. How to control them
You can clear cookies, local storage, and similar browser data through your browser settings. Removing authentication cookies signs you out of the application.
